If you like organizing, you get to organize. But that's it. You'll do it with a pit in your stomach the entire time.
Cons
Let's start at the top: Clea and Joanna, the ultimate mean girls. Do not be fooled by what you see on Instagram -- these two treat their employees AWFULLY. They expect a sweat shop-like commitment of work to the company and pay their employees PENNIES on the dollar. I have never worked for such incompetent, rude managers. Clea literally only speaks to you if she can get something out of you (content for the Instagram page), and Joanna pretends to listen, but then either forgets whatever you told her, or lies to save face.
Beyond all of that, the owners constantly engage in deceptive business practices, such as:
Constantly changing terms of employment (forcing employees to sign new contracts when the company started having to pay out more than they WANTED to)…continually lowering employee’s wages (changing from hourly to salary and back again to hourly)… never paying out promised bonuses…. cutting vacation days in half… refusing any kind of proper work review or advancement discussions.
