Flexibility in your schedule, great benefits, Amazing culture, WFH work from home, Vacation time in your first 2 years is amazing, PTO, VTO, OT all are available anytime that they are able, all kinds of gifts that are sent to every call center associate for holidays, birthdays, success sharing and just because,
Cons
No compensation for your internet connection- My bill is very high to ensure that I have the best connection possible. I could have internet that is 1/4 of the price but it will not work, The Customers are some off there worst that I have ever encountered, some of the policies are is moronic but unfortunately The Home Depot is 100% Corporate and to get anything done is like moving mountains., The pay could be higher.
