      Learn a lot about the history of furniture and quality of craftsmanship. Exposed to many design styles, designer, furniture makers, etc. Learn about fabrics, woods, collectibles, arts and different cultures. Get to meet many interesting people. Fast paced environment.

      Cons

      Poor training, lack of support from owners, they have high expectations with little support.

      Pros

      Flexible Schedule & Nice People- Closes early which is great for retail and does not open until noon on Sunday so you can still get to church

      There was no downside to working here

      Pros

      Fun environment and fast paced work place. Great customer interaction. Awesome for getting furniture knowledge. Great job to stay in shape if your in the warehouse.

      Cons

      Pay and bonuses are not fair for the warehouse team. Sales makes $12/hr while warehouse team makes $10/hr. Sales gets a bonus at level #1 and warehouse makes bonus at level #5.
