2. No matter how much experience you carry, here some seniors think you have done nothing in life and will reedit your entire copy, sometimes to the point of over editing.
3. Resident Editor is least bothered so even the reporters hardly care to put in any effort in their stories.
4. Mismanagement between ad-production team due to which the editors have to suffer.
5. Always clarify what they are exactly looking for, a pagemaker or an editor. There's no use to hold up your expectations because the Delhi office hardly edits or does any good story. All they need is people to make pages which destroys calibre of an editor, especially of someone with enough experience.
