Terrible decisions lately - Anonymous employee The Hartford Employee Review

The leadership team has just made one of the worst decisions they could have. If their goal is to destroy employee moral, they are on their way to perfection. There is a new policy that requires remote employees to return to the office if you are within 25 miles of one of their 7 locations they determined. This includes those who have been remote for years prior to covid. There are people that have been remote for decades and never stepped foot in the office, back in 3 days per week. Terrible decision that should be reversed. Health insurance which already was nothing special just got even worse for next year.
