Pros
Great benefits, pay and flexible. Managers are great and out of office system is great so you won't come back from vacation feeling overwhelmed or far behind. The company really looks out for your well being. Wellness center, gym where there are fit challenges, massage chairs. Really interactive and informative upper management
Cons
Claims loads sometimes aren't manageable. They are understanding but sometimes it can be discouraging. Although I feel like that's the "beauty" of claims. I think it can be better with hiring more adjusters
