      Great benefit and PTO, work from home options, and no micro managing.

      Cons

      Technology is lacking, other carriers are for more advanced than we are. Also training is not the best. And lack of diversity.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
