      The people here are great.

      Cons

      majority of IT has been outsourced to India. Illegal use of h1 Visas by replacing local workers who must train their replacements.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
