Pros
Employees are typically friendly and willing to help each other. Benefits are okay. They do offer several workshops that can be attended remotely. Career opportunities vary drastically and depend on your business unit and manager.
Cons
I did not receive adequate training and management usually has their door closed or is otherwise unavailable. Definite favoritism but this was my experience - other business units are run much better. Systems are archaic and it is slow to change. Seems to have an issue with "millennials" and talks about us like we're aliens.
