Pros
They have a gym. They have 401K. they have an average level salary. sometime you can work at home. most people are nice(not the management ). they involve a lots of programme that can benifit the local. they have a good building . the commute to the company is good from every direction. This really all I can think about it. No more for the best reason to work for hanover. If you are plan retire in next ten year, this can be a station for you and you can take it ease. The work load is ok. you can take care of your family.
Cons
the people in the management team have no vision and so they will lead the company into a dead end. They can only copy other company like progressive and you know copy cat never get ahead. They loss money and this won't change if the management team have no desire the change the way they do business. The middle management just try to secure their job and kiss their big boss's rear end. they can be very bossy and push you around. The people get promoted are boss's budy. The problem is this won't change in the next two years.
