Pros
First, the company culture is amazing. Everyone is really laid back and kind. You’ll never be made to feel bad for asking questions or speaking your mind. In fact, all feedback is encouraged- good and bad.
Second, the partners really care that everyone enjoys their work. If you have an issue, they’re always open to talking with you to figure things out so that everyone is happy.
Third, as long as you’re a good worker, if you eventually move on, you’ll only be met with support and best wishes.
Fourth, they’re constantly getting new clients and growing business, so opportunities will only become more abundant as time goes on.
Cons
Because it’s a new company, at this time they aren’t able to offer any benefits or super competitive pay up front. However, there are countless opportunities in a year to get a raise and they offer a monthly insurance stipend.
