      Pros

      You get to work with plants. Always moving to a new place. No weekends. The exterior holiday Sales/design manager is awesome!

      Cons

      You must work all holidays even if customers aren't working those holidays. Plants don't take a break. Low hourly wage. No benefits.

      The pros of the job were that the work was not very hard depending on the weather.

      Cons

      However, the cons were at times we did not have properties to work.
