It is stressfull sometimes to keep up with deadline

Owners close business for 2 weeks during Christmas and New Year. It is nice to have this time off to spend with family.

This is a family owned business (4 brothers) which makes this an extremely difficult environment to work in. Rules and guidelines often depend on which family member you ask and when. There was a lot of in office disputes between the family members in front of staff. Owners would often speak very degradingly to employees in front of other employees. Extremely embarrassing for all. Extremely unprofessional environment. Employees have a constant sense of fear because they never know what the mood will be of owners and what rules apply that day. Because this is a privately owned company - owners basically run the business the way they see fit - regardless of what is considered professional. BEWARE
