Mission-driven organization that truly values it's employees' happiness and well-being. Lots of opportunity for growth and career advancement. In the past year, the compensation structure has improved to benefit junior staff. The Leadership Academy brings great energy to entire organization every year. Great location in downtown Oakland, and regular happy hours with a fun, family-like work culture.

We have been growing very quickly in the last couple of years, so there have been some growing pains to accommodate for nearly doubling our size.
