      Pros

      Worked here for just under a year: had a great amount of freedom. Workforce there is overall great and cannot complain about the other managers, branch managers and support staff

      Cons

      Working Outside if that is something that you are not looking for. Many employees only communicate in Spanish, is a struggle if you do not know any.

      Pros

      Teams really rally to help whenever you need it. Training was a lot at first, but never felt overwhelmed. Supportive environment and people take pride.

      Very busy workload- but I like that!

      Pros

      There is no pros except a few good co-workers. The management in Hilton Head is poor and a lot of people who think they are the manager basically too many chiefs.

      Cons

      -Poorly run by manager. There is a lot of people you can not trust as they are out for themselves and will talk about you. Don't trust anyone there. Everyone keeps their head down low around the management. Poor PTO as well.
