Pros
I started off in sales back in Aug 24 and it was my first serious sales position. I definitely did not have the greatest start but my coworkers, managers and directors really helped guide me and support me so that I was able to succeed and start helping customers. Around March 24 an amazing opportunity opened up and thankfully they like to promote from within and that's where I am today. I have never felt so much love and support at a company before, sales in general can be a tricky business but the leaders of this group truly focus on bettering everyone and ensuring the success of anybody who works here. No cold calling, no outsourcing your own clients, working in a building with snacks provided! I would 100% recommend anybody to work here if you like sales or helping people! :)
