Pros

Some laughs with customers and employees

Cons

Underdeveloped management. Harassment that’s allowed by management. Especially if they are friends. It’s a toxic environment and a favoritism role. Narcissistic behavior from upper management. The quota is doable but that’s if you speak to people. 10 people one month. 3 people next month. Quota is still the same.

Pros

The Good Feet Store is an amazing company, that really cares for and values their employees. Senior leadership and the administrative team are always there to support the staff and provide us with all of the tools that are necessary to succeed. There is also great opportunity for growth within the company. I have been with the Good Feet Store for just 5 years, starting as a Sales Consultant and working my way up the chain to being the District Manager. Everyone that i work with are great and always willing to help where needed. Unlike some other companies, there are no office politics. I have been in sales for 15 years, in various industries and this is by far the most rewarding product i have ever sold. Another great thing is that we are open bankers hours, 10-6 m-f and 12-4 sun. Great. Base pay of 31K, with a wonderful commission and bonus structure, that gives you the opportunity to atleast double that, or more. Overall this is a wonderful company to work for and i will be here for as long as im able to be.

Cons

Not many cons to be honest. This is retail sales, so depending on the person this can be a con. Again, you are given every tool you need to succeed, but at the end of the day, its still sales and you have to put in the work. Another thing that could be a con is having mandatory weekends. but they are short hours on sunday and out by 6 on saturday.
