I’ve been able to create my own role with the support of the company having started as an intern. (I had no prior connections so claims of nepotism are completely unfounded) Plenty of opportunity to forge your own way (if you have the right attitude) as it is a fast growing company in an ever evolving industry There are no free handouts for mediocrity and these reviews from those who frankly didn’t do good work are childish We get to work with some great clients and big names which is always exciting Team is full of great personalities, social life is frequent and fun Very ‘can do’ attitude and trailblazing mentality which is fun when wanting to try new things and innovate Frequent appraisals, goal setting, company meetings, cross department workshops. Operations and HR gets better everyday Some of the managerial staff are young but processes are being worked on to support them and develop leadership - there is opportunity for anyone to develop themselves and end up managing teams The new daily vlog is a great addition - Love seeing what we get up to in London everyday and the team all over the world Office is in a great location with lovely views, very central and well connected Overall a great place to work for those willing to work hard with the right attitude Jago Sherman - Proposal Manager
