My typical day at work is fast-paced, dynamic, and incredibly fulfilling. We operate in an innovative environment where we utilize new and exciting therapies to directly improve our guests' health outcomes. The workplace culture is excellent, fostering a highly collaborative atmosphere where a respectable work-life balance is genuinely encouraged and supported. Along with this healthy environment, the role offers competitive pay and a strong benefits package. Management consistently leads by example, prioritizing mutual respect and providing everyone with the tools they need to succeed. Through their approach, I have learned the true value of leadership and how empowering a team leads to exceptional growth. Ultimately, the most enjoyable part of the job is the incredible people I work with and the lives we change. Working alongside such a dedicated team to make a tangible, positive impact on our guests makes every single challenge completely worth it.

Like any role, the hardest part of the job is that some days are exceptionally tough and high-pressure. However, we always tackle those hurdles as a team and get through them together.

The In-Studio Team members are absolutely good hearted, thoughtful, and real human beings. They support each other on busy days and know how to get things done to provide quality care, despite unacceptable time parameters. The job is constantly changing and the team is committed to each other and adapting.

Keeping the cons appropriate is a true challenge. Management constantly prioritizes profit over people leaving the culture of the workplace drained despite the team's above and beyond efforts to support each other. There is not adequate recognition verbally or monetarily for the hard work of any employee by management. Management also values cheap, fast, and easy, constantly cutting into the time for guest care and making the parameters for service providers even more impossible. The small corporate office of this start up is intent to turn an eye to standard of care and let supervised neglect occur for their guests in order to turn a larger profit margin. Enough is never enough. Not to mention the lack of training overall and disregard for necessary sanitary practices in healthcare.
