Pros
Having now worked at The Glam App for over 2 years, I can safely say its an amazing company to work for, the opportunities for growth here are great! I've now just had my second promotion within 2 years with still more growth to come. With it being a small team we are always communicating, working together and sharing new ideas on how to grow not only The Glam App but each individual employee too. Throught my time at The Glam App I did work here when the management was extremely different which is where some of the low reviews have come from however that is definitely not a true representation of how the company is now managed and ran. Here at The Glam App each employee is unique but when we come together as a team we are powerful. During my time at The Glam App I have been given the opportunity to travel internationally , work and lead on fantastic events which has allowed me to grow in my confidence and develop my skill set. What's especially great about the company is that your voice is always heard whether that is a question, an idea or want to develop your skill set in a certain area within the business, the management team are always on hand to listen and assist bringing your ideas to life.
Cons
Throughout my whole 2 years at The Glam App I have been treated with nothing but respect. However it is hard work, you really have to give it everything you've got as it is a start up and is not a good fit for everyone. With the old management, tasks were incredibly manual, holiday/vacation days weren't great but now under new management, the developments have dramatically changed the business in recent months with still more to come!
