Was a good company, now lacking leadership, focus and direction - Anonymous employee The Floow Employee Review

Over the last 6 months, the company has really started to struggle. The management team lack experience of running a technology business, despite their cumulative years in industry. Egos and politics often get in the way of making decisions, and result in outcomes that are not good for the company or the broader team. This is a real shame as the company used to be great. Unsurprisingly the attrition is now through the roof.
