      Pros

      It's (outwardly) a very inclusive place, especially with the LGBTQ+ community. Lots of opportunities for growth, and working there will have you in the best shape of your life.

      Cons

      Pay isn't great, and management were incredibly racist behind the scenes when I was there. Really cancels out the inclusivity in every other way.

      Pros

      Working at Fhitting Room is fun, challenging, and a great learning experience. Loads of free workouts and company events that are always fun, a great place to make friends, not a stuffy 9-to-5 suit-and-tie type environment

      Cons

      If you prefer structure, Fhitting Room might be challenging as a work place. It requires a lot of flexibility, as businesses like this and fast-growing companies often do.
