Pros

Please forgive me for any typos. Here it is: GlassDoor is prompting me to describe the best reasons for working at FAIR Program. There are NONE. Wish I could "check" ZERO Stars! Read the other reviews from people that have not swallowed the Kool-Aid. It's all legit!!! It's not about being bitter!! It's the truth. The Owner actually states at the 10:00 AM "Huddle", that he never goes to a restaurant until he's reads the YELP. REALLY? So that's why he pays $20 to employees to get clients to post reviews on YELP, BBB, Chrome, etc. I read on YELP, it's against their policy to prompt for reviews, and he makes clients write them too - just to get the 5-Star Pedestal.

Cons

GlassDoor is asking for the "down sides" for working at FAIR Program. The list is endless. It's like joining a cult and sick to the nenth-degree. I don't have the time to explain at this moment. Just Sickening! There was a TRUTHFULL review @ Sinking Ship. It's gone, but it states the truth! Benefits are a joke, like the other review. There are none. Too difficult to explain.... 7 Core Values? They don't follow them..., but they make you recite them at the Huddle. YOU try being required to attend the 10:00 AM Huddle! - the music goes on to alert you to drop the work you are doing to gather together in a small area of the surrounding cubicle area by the owner's office. The Mgmt. stands all in a line, facing the employees. During part of the Huddle routine, the Owner makes an announcement, you are required to clap three times - he says ..."three claps for that!" - and everyone claps in rapid succession!! Monkey See - Monkey Do. Another owner call-out was for "Shout-outs". I saw them dwindle on a daily basis, and the silence became embarrassing, so people would make stuff up, just to fill the time. This review may not be over. But for now, I've moved on and have a job with a legit employer with "Best Practices" in place, in case you're wondering. It's not about any bitterness. It was the Perfect Storm. Good luck to all! You will need it. To anyone interviewing? STAY AWAY!! It's a virus and a toxic environment.

Pros

The interview process itself is very impressive. You have to go through a serious of steps and interviews. Only companies that have this process is those that are truly seeking talent. Once you become part of the company every day you enjoy coming to work. Every challenge within your role is much more enjoyable as you have a full team of brilliant people to brainstorm with on solutions and have honest feedback. The people are great, lots of teamwork all throughout. The best part is that everyday you learn something since all team members are always looking for ways to improve the company as a whole. - Culture, the environment is very positive. Strong teamwork all throughout - Every day is a learning opportunity - Always working towards improving all aspects of the business - Recognition for your efforts - Breakfasts, lunch, snacks, fruits... shows that owners truly care for their employees well being

Cons

For some people. If you are just here to collect a paycheck, this is not the place for you. You need to work hard and push yourself in order to be successful.
