TEG was a great companyh to work for. Unfortanlly my devison was sold to LPC.

We were Sold to a company that treats us like a numbers

Monthly catered employee lunches/company events.

Severely understaffed on site. Plenty of turnover. They do nothing to retain employees and the commission structure is awful. The pay is low compared to well-known property management companies. The 10% on-site discount isn't worth it when rent's are $2400+. Leasing staff are treated poorly. Extreme gossip flows around the company. I do not recommend working for this company. The amount of stress that you undergo is not worth it for the low pay. You will be forced to work overtime and will get nasty emails from HR stating that they won't be paying you for overtime because it wasn't "approved" even though your manager refused to let you leave... It' a prison of a job. They constantly talk of a "work/life balance" but there is no such thing.
