Money was good compared to similar companies, no micromanagement, possibility to work from home 2 days a week, nice colleagues and management.
Cons
Lack of communication, support, proper training and organisation which resulted often in tension and stress. Also poor quality office environment (no windows, no cleaner, untidy, old furniture).
