Pros
The POD is really an 'escape' from agency life. There's a dorm vibe. There are dogs and a house puppy! Most of us are operating a level or title above what we'd be at at a bigger agency, which is great for the career. I see some bad reviews here and we've had alot of change in people this year and I think some of the people who aren't here got super bitter. I love it here.
Cons
It is really small, so we don't get those 'free lunch' and other big company frills. No assistants or project managers so you do a lot fo things yourself that other people assist with at other agencies.
