This would be a good job for someone who has open availability, loves guest interactions, very open minded and eager to learn.
Cons
-Shifts are generally 7-9 hours, not very flexible -You're sitting or standing for hours on end depending on your positions -Store hours are very long, opening as early as 8 AM and closing as late as 1:30 AM -MOA parking can be difficult at times -Schedules are released pretty late, they could be released a little farther back with more notice -Starting pay rate is low -Some company policies and procedures are a little condescending but are loosely enforsed
