Pros
Travel benefits are great for employee and near family, overall package is good ( basic salary plus option for an accommodation allowance or provided accommodation, medical benefits, visa sponsored and annual leave). Diversity of the organisation provides good opportunities to work with people from different backgrounds which I would not have had the opportunity to do to such a broad extent in my home country
Cons
Sometimes with promotional opportunities it seems a particular person may have been earmarked for a role which can hinder development. More flexible working approaches could also be applied to support employees with families as the office hours can be challenging to accommodate this.
