Thanks for sharing. We're happy to hear you enjoy the unique benefits of being part of our cabin crew team. From a tax-free salary and free accommodation in Dubai, to travel perks across our network, our benefits package reflects how we value the impact and contribution of our cabin crew. This includes a competitive salary, generous annual leave, annual performance-based bonuses and even discounts with our hotel, spa, fitness and retail partners. We're sorry that not all parts of your journey with us are positive. We understand that being part of our cabin crew can be physically demanding. We continue to explore ways to enhance the overall crew experience while balancing the needs of a global airline. We appreciate you taking the the time to share your experience!

Pros

Salary, 401k, colleagues, flight benefits.

Cons

Middle East uncertainty has caused major instability. Poor leadership thinks rats and mold are a normal way of life in NYC. Micromanaging and toxic environment.
