Pros

I came to the Dot for a change in my work life balance. The previous HR Manager was here for 25+years. Most of the employees have tenure and have been with the organization for years. The company has beautiful offices spaces/locations. Great culture and the employees are so welcoming. I felt right at home immediately. There is no micromanagement, no negative feelings just a overall great place to work.

Cons

Nothing as of yet, I do not feel that the company has can Cons.

Pros

Decent work life balance. Some micromanaging managers the others are great as long as you get your job done and do it well.

Cons

The new hr manager is a pot stirrer. The company will regret hiring her. She didn’t have a job when we hired her and was fired from her last job for conduct unbecoming. Possible the same thing will happen here.

Hello Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your dedication to The Dot Printer over the past several years. We’re glad to hear that you value our work-life balance and the supportive management team. Our goal is to maintain a positive and productive environment for everyone. Regarding the concerns you've raised about our new HR manager, we want to clarify a few points. Every individual who joins our team is hired following a thorough review and selection process, and our HR manager was no exception. She brings a wealth of experience and is committed to fostering a constructive workplace for all employees. Additionally, the statement that she was dismissed from her previous position for “conduct unbecoming” is inaccurate. While new hires sometimes bring fresh perspectives and changes, please know that our leadership team is focused on ensuring these changes ultimately benefit our entire organization. If there are specific incidents or behaviors that you feel affect your work experience, we encourage open communication and are here to listen. Please consider reaching out directly to me to discuss any concerns you might have so that we can address them more fully. You can come see me or contact me via email jeff@dotprinter.com. Thank you again for your feedback and for being a valued member of our team. Jeff Shattuck President
