Destroyed by Mid-Level managers (10+ years Old Mainly) - Senior Software Engineer The Digital Group Employee Review

As I mentioned in title this company is destroyed by mid-level managers. They are very insecure and came on manager position just by manipulating situations and making fool top Management. They blackmailed senior managers when company was in crises. They do not deserves that positions and not capable to do anything outside. They are there from inception of company and using company resources for their personal benefits. To secure their positions they are not reporting their subordinates positives to top level thus destroying company and other good workers there. I am not saying for all mid-level managers, few which are from long time, say since 10+ yrs are like that. But the guys which are mentioned above will not let you work peacefully. Top manager will not listen you because they listen only their worst managers. Once you get frustrate fully, you leave the company. HR leads are worst. since 1 - 2 yrs I saw good guys but HR Leads still worst. Not any good clients except one and loosing that as well because of their faith on such managers.
