Flexible hours. Reasonable managers. They recognized the value of my contributions and showed appreciation for my work by going above and beyond in terms treating mike like a beloved employee (almost family) instead of a lowly contractor. There were moments of extra compensation on more than one occasion as well although this should not be the main motivator.

Missing a bit of organizational regard to the back-end software, but nothing I couldn't handle as long as I had access to the code.
