It’s always our intention to create a respectful, collaborative, and supportive environment for all team members, and we're disappointed to learn that you felt this wasn’t the case during your time here.
Thank you for your feedback regarding communication, role clarity, and internal processes. Since your departure, we've made meaningful progress in strengthening our team structure and accountability, supported by our new HR team. Key improvements include a more structured onboarding process, clearly defined roles and responsibilities, and a stronger emphasis on regular feedback and support for all employees. Additionally, we’ve introduced training programs for managers, including sessions facilitated by external providers, to ensure consistent leadership development and effective team management across the organisation.
We also understand that the commute isn’t ideal for everyone and are continuing to explore flexible options where possible.
