Great Company to work for - Claims Investigator The Delta Group Employee Review

I have been an employee for over a year. Great case managers - J, D, K and, SIU VIP. They take great care of me and give me the trusted latitude to investigate my cases the way they need to be. Pay is a struggle with any employer. For the type of work we do, the pay is good, and get paid twice a month, guaranteed. None of that bu$6$h1t, "oh we are waiting to get paid by the client, before we can pay you."

I dont have any complaints.

The daily report platform is well organized.

Unfortunately, despite best efforts this company is disorganized, mismanaged, and slightly schizophrenic.
