The office was close to home.
Cons
Low bidding on projects resulted in extreme work demands for the crews. Managers had zero confidence in crews. (constant GPS tracking) Area Managers micro managing in order to "fix" issues corporate created. (ex. Low bidding on projects) Cronyism environment. Older employees felt entitled to promotions based solely off seniority.
