Pros
Training is paid and offers career changers and early careers professionals the opportunity to develop and gain experience. Workplace is a really welcoming one and the people are generally excellent. Company will pay for any cert or training you want to do in the field and there is lots of opportunity to develop when on the bench between assignments Good hiring procedure that looks at your skills/potential rather than CVs Decent social scene if you're into that
Cons
They are not at the cutting edge of the tech stack so some training is a bit obsolete. They seemed to be addressing this as I left. Its a bit of a "Mill" as they hire and "make redundant" staff constantly then hire a new batch, rinse, repeat. Pay is low especially considering what they charge clients for your services There is a golden handcuffs clause in the contract that states you have to pay a substantial sum back to them if you leave before the 2 years are up. These kind of punitive measures never scream good management. Arbitrary mandates about office v hybrid so not particularly flexible.
