      You can also be in school while working here Really no metrics to say how success is gauged

      Cons

      They hire people and keep them on when they are producing but fire and lose good employees Bought by pragmatic marketing, terrible parent company Leadership is terrible, no idea how to lead, brought in for one role and then given a leadership role with no prior experience in leadership

      *Work-Life Balance *Meetings so you know where the company is moving as a whole *Competitive pay and benefits package!!!! *Feel important and heard by the CEO and higher ups!

      I honestly cannot think of any Cons right now. I love working remote and I love my team.
