There’s no doubt Daily Wire does great work, but it’s almost an unrecognizable company from within. The leadership/upper management at the company is broken and the culture is very toxic. The divide between senior management and employees is astonishing. Higher management is self-serving and focused on hanging out with hosts and building up themselves over the core values of the company. They are hellbent on ruining any remote positivity around company culture and it’s a travesty. The company turnover is massive. From C-suite, to VP’s, to Directors, and regular employees, it is the most unstable environment to work in. Many have been fired (with little reasoning) and many have quit due to the overall environment. The company operates on a rapid hire, rapid fire model. If you plan on leaving your company, make sure it’s the absolute right decision. Employees have been let go from major companies after a few months even after moving across country. The average tenure of an employee is maybe a year. The company runs purely on mission. So the pay isn’t very competitive, there are little to no bonus incentives, and the benefits aren’t very good. The best bonus you’ll get is a gift card to a clothing store. Their values only matter from a front facing point of view. You would think it would reflect in the benefits and work life balance, but it simply is not. That is why people with families are few and far between at this company.
