Pros
Work activities are not difficult
Cons
Work environment, refuse to run AC units in a manufacturing environment that utilizes industrial ovens in an open area with all other departments. 90-100 degrees outside with no air circulation inside. Fear of employees suffering heat related injuries while supervisors sit inside air conditioned rooms. Management shows no concern or care for laborers. Management/supervisors are not adequately trained in areas they are overseeing which leads to issues where supervisors yell at leads and laborers for reasons not justified causing low morale (you can’t be absent from the department a majority of the shift only to walk in having no idea what’s going on and start yelling at employees). There is a buddy system, if upper management likes you personally then you will be promoted regardless of ability while strong leads are overlooked for promotions. No raises. New employees make as much as employees that have been there much longer.
