Pros
None. Again, this is only a review of CPTR. I met other Executive Directors here and they are great. I saw 2 other professionals get set up for failure in this program. It was not uncommon to hear from other team members that they were "scared" of the Executive Director of CPTR. Weird culture in CPTR.
Cons
Horrible leadership in CPTR. Silos so bad leadership is not lput into check as long as funding continues. Your brand and career will be destroyed (if in CPTR). Position hired for was not represented correctly. The work I was asked to do was administrative ( schedules meetings, taking notes, etc...). I was not allowed to apply my skills as advertised.
