Pros

Open to hiring pretty much anyone, great for some experience (primarily in who not to work for) , but treat it as unpaid.

Cons

They don't pay you. They say they will, but they don't. We had daily meetings at one point saying (after not being paid for a month) "the money is in the bank you can all relax you'll be paid tomorrow". A futher two months went by with no payment. But they did buy some new company cars and lime green uniforms for the employees.

Pros

Nice co-workers and decent amounts of staff parking.

Cons

Poor pay. Company is losing money fast as Mr Cook clearly has no brains when it comes to money. This has resulted in continued late wage payments for both employees and freelancers and frequently underpaid wages. Known to have stolen work from freelancers without paying them. Awful training. Piles of paper were often dumped on my desk with no explanation as to what they were or what I was supposed to do with them. Arrogant, abusive, and unhelpful managers. Chaotic work environment with high levels of stress. I received numerous abusive phone calls from frustrated ex-employees and contractors who had not been paid. A number were owed nearly £10,000 in unpaid wages. Lies upon lies upon lies to staff about potential benefits and bonuses which never appeared.

Pros

The people, but then again, nothing positive about seeing how your colleagues lives are being ruined by such a sick company.

Cons

They do not pay you. They expect people to work even though they have been left unpaid. Employees are shouted at constantly by CEO when something doesn't go his way.
