Management will not take accountability for training and making sure employees or new hires are well trained. Lots of expectations but if you have questions or concerns expect little to no help. Finance team does not enough team members who are experienced to handle day to day tasks. Very manual work. Experienced employees were fired , some quit. Be sure to watch certain red flags during interview process. Quick hiring does not always mean they will hire the deserving one. It can lead to unrealistic expectation down the road.
