Attendance system does not allow for flexibility, too many people who are "sick" and need FMLA or ADA, culture fosters air of "us" (management/doctors) vs. "them" (everyone else). Favoritism, even where you wouldn't expect it. Communication is odd. Helpful information is not provided, but when company wants to "brag" about something internally, it's blasted too often.
