      Pros

      Decent benefits, pay is ideal, PTO, most people are very nice and approachable, progressive for patients.

      Cons

      Attendance system does not allow for flexibility, too many people who are "sick" and need FMLA or ADA, culture fosters air of "us" (management/doctors) vs. "them" (everyone else). Favoritism, even where you wouldn't expect it. Communication is odd. Helpful information is not provided, but when company wants to "brag" about something internally, it's blasted too often. Not progressive for employees, growing too fast.

      Pros

      A very supportive team that actively pushes you to reach out to them for guidance.

      Cons

      Quite bureaucratic, so if you're a person who values autonomy or wants to work to make big, actionable changes, this might not be the place for that. They have established ways of doing things, and this position does not provide a lot of room to think outside the box and do things differently. Salary also isn't great.
