      Pros

      The Container Store is a place that values its employees far less than its customers. We know that we don't take care of our employees first with excellent benefits, pay, and training, so all of the other aspects of our business are beginning to fall apart.

      Cons

      Real downsides to working at The Container Store, and not because of the typical weekend busy days of a retail establishment. That's expected.

      Great Customer. Customers come in and find the time and energy to be positive making for a great working environment.

      Sometimes product can be inconsistent.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
