Pros
Best benefits I have ever had with any company.
Cons
The company reached out to me and and offered this grandiose idea of what switching to the Connor Group would do for me and my family. At that point in time I was ready for a change and wanted to take on the new challenge of learning something new. You start of in bootcamp and see all of the bells and whistles that CSO has to offer. The company pays for flights, hotels and food for training and truly makes you feel important and gains buy in this way. Then you go to a property and in some cases have a trainer and in other cases are thrown into a fire. Asked to do the job and learn as you go. Given little to no support and held accountable to a standard that is impossible. They ask for you to run a property that is out dated and treated like trash by everyone that worked there previously only to tell you no to anything that would help fix the problem. They say if you think the property is different then you are the problem. Your leader is never available and won’t answer your phone calls or texts and then wants to know why you don’t ask for help. I have never had a worse boss with any other company. If you are apart of the click you are in. If not you are out of there faster then you joined the company. Beware before you join this company. It appears great from the outside but they are also soliciting your reviews just like they instruct us to do in the properties for Googles.
