Manipulative management, mentally abusive work environment, no room for work-life balance, training is disorganized and unclear much of the time, overall this company has no regard for their sales associates’ well-being as well as the residents of their apartment buildings. Makes for a frustrating work environment with angry residents. I have worked at least 2 years at every job I’ve ever had, but could only last 2 months here. This company is really good at making a positive appearance and doing some rather shady business behind the scenes. Management style is setting unrealistic goals and expectations, changing the expectations once the previous goals have been reached, and then literally yelling at you (I’m serious) when they are not met. I got burnt out extremely fast here.
