The Connor Group is a great company to work for. The company has an excellent training program that prepares you for the job that you have been hired to do. The training and development continues throughout your tenure. There are clear goals and expectations for each employee. These goals are not unrealistic. They are what leads your property to success...and the REWARDS for obtaining your goals are great! This company actually believes in reward and recognition. Cons
This is not a 9-5 job. If you do not like to work, this job is not for you. Managers are very hands on. If you like to sit at a desk all day then this would not be a good fit for you.
