Excellent engagement, tons of opportunity, ability to grow with them, ability to be a part of something bigger and to make it more. They have been on an evolution since amalgamation of the three legacy companies and it has not been without it's growing pains at times. The strategic direction has remained focused. They have accomplished a lot in a short time and remain focused on the Members (customers and business partners), internal team members and overall health of the organization. The organization has changed a lot in a short time, when it was relatively static previously - so it's not what everyone was used to...but it's better! As their tag line says - Individuals. Together. It's the truth.

A lot of change in a short time can be hard for some. However, it is never boring, and every change is to make it better.
