No time to sit down. No time to eat throughout your shift. Cannot use your cell phone at all. Does not accept reservations- walk-in/first-come, first-serve basis only- all the time
Good training, amazing back-of-house team (Morristown location), great management, ideal standards for quick service, fun and friendly atmosphere
Cons
Not very many, they have a certain way of doing things differently than other restaurants in front of house, but it works. The money is good if you work hard and the team is great.
