Fun job - Roadie The Color Run Employee Review

I was event staff and build crew for the Los Angeles location of Pumpkin Nights, which was managed by The Color Run. - The job paid well at $15 an hour and for a seasonal position that was good. - Managers were good and understanding if you did your job. - Sometimes the vendors at the Fairplex would give out free or discounted food. - They offer free entry to friends and family. I was able to get my family into the event.

- Some of the staff I worked with were unprofessional. I don't know where they hired them but some of those people didn't take this role seriously (there was even a case where someone stole equipment) - There wasn't a structure for replacing staff who didn't show up.

Cool company to work for.
